2026 Women's Leadership Conference - Individual Ticket

For a quarter-century, the Bay Path University Women’s Leadership Conference has been bringing women together to talk to each other, learn from each other, and connect with each other. We’ve known the future is female—since 1995. While the WLC aims to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to navigate an increasingly complex career map (the average American will change jobs 12 times throughout their working life), the lessons learned there transcend the office. Every year, when the day of focus sessions and keynote speakers concludes, attendees exit with a palpable sense of pride and an air of purpose.
