You’re invited to join the TGH Transplant Support Group! Support group attendees have an opportunity to share personal stories, gain practical information, and receive emotional support from others who are on a similar journey. Our hybrid support group meetings are facilitated by TGH Transplant Institute team members.
You can attend a session in-person or online through a link that will be provided to you upon registration. Group sessions are offered on the third Friday of each month from 10 am -12 pm. You must register for each session that you would like to attend.
