Meet us in the greenhouse to help us transplant oodles of seedlings - or bring your own! We'll have trays, containers, good quality potting mix and labels. This workshop is especially for those beginner seed starters who need a little guidance to this important "next step" to growing your own garden transplants.
But we also welcome those who procrastinated a little too long in starting their seeds. Transplant a tray and take it home to foster for two weeks. Then register as a swapper, attend the plant swap on 4/25, and swap those fostered plants as your own!
Don't have much space to care for the transplants at home? Get some transplanting experience and spend an hour with folks who are just as enamored with seeds, plants and all-things-garden as you. We love our volunteers!
If you just need some containers and trays to complete your transplanting, feel free to drop by anytime to pickup free gently-used materials, which are stored outside of the greenhouse and are free for the pickin'.
