Each of us has unique gifts and a special place and purpose in this world. Too often, however, our lives are overwhelmed with anxiety, adversity, and depression. True happiness and lasting peace cannot be found in a world that is changing moment by moment. True joy is an inside job, and if we don't go within, we go without. The great teachers of humanity tell us we can create loving and harmonious relationships, experience deep and abiding peace, and share our joy and happiness with others by connecting to the source of all joy within us.
