About the Topic
Transforming Retail Operations with Advanced Planning Models in Pigment
In today's fast-paced retail environment, the demand for agile and accurate planning processes is more critical than ever. Leading global fashion retailers are increasingly adopting advanced Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) models to streamline their operations. One such retailer successfully implemented a cutting-edge S&OP model in Pigment, dramatically reducing the planning cycle from five days to just three hours. This transformation not only accelerated decision-making but also enabled the creation of multiple scenarios, enhancing strategic foresight. The success of this implementation has spurred the adoption of several additional use cases within Pigment, further supporting connected planning and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Similarly, Ankorstore, a prominent European B2B marketplace, transitioned from a Google Sheets-based system to a sophisticated Replenishment model in Pigment. This shift led to a 20% increase in forecast accuracy, significantly reducing lost sales and boosting revenue. The ability to create dynamic scenarios has also empowered Ankorstore to better anticipate and prepare for future market events, strengthening their position as a leader in the B2B marketplace.
Join us to explore how these innovative planning solutions are revolutionizing retail operations, enhancing forecast accuracy, and driving sustainable growth in a highly competitive industry.
