Transforming Grief and Loss Program

If you’re navigating loss right now, you don’t have to do it alone.

This in-person program offers compassionate, structured support to help you move through grief with clarity, connection, and hope. Thoughtfully designed to guide you from suffering toward honoring your loved one with love.

Grounded in The 11 Principles of Transformation®, this experience combines validation, practical tools, and a caring community where you can feel truly seen and understood. Through weekly reflections and guided sessions, you’ll gain meaningful ways to process your grief while being supported every step of the way.

This program has no cost and is made possible through the generous support of The Humana Foundation, in partnership with the Alliance for Aging. Their trust and commitment make it possible to bring this grief transformation experience to our community.

This program is for you if:

• You’re carrying grief and want to honor your emotions in a structured way.
• You’re looking for a pathway forward, not to move on, but to move forward with your grief.
• You’re seeking connection, meaning, and transformation guided by a trusted grief expert.
• You want to feel supported in a small, caring group setting.

What’s included:

✔ 8 in-person 2-hour sessions at The Center for Transforming Lives in South Miami
✔ A copy of Transform Your Loss: Your Guide to Strength and Hope
✔ All program materials and light refreshments
✔ A small, intimate group for personalized attention and connection
