About this Event

We all have an I.D.E.A about what a warm, supportive, and respectful classroom should look like. Challenging behaviors have become more apparent in our classrooms in the past few years. How can we address these challenges while staying calm in the chaos? We will discuss successful problem-solving steps to Identify, De-escalate, Encourage, and Assist children with implementing strategies.
