Transformative Tuesday with Rhonda Purvis & Lisa Anderson Tuesday, March 4th

Join us on the first Tuesday of each month for Transformative Tuesdays where we’ll gather together in a safe space to explore somatic based *co-regulation techniques to calm our nervous systems and sooth our souls.
These interactive, deeply supportive group sessions will include a variety of breathing exercises, meditation, grounding, body movement, and other healing approaches to help bring our bodies, minds, and spirits into alignment.
Transformative Tuesdays are our gift to the community. Drop in, FREE OF CHARGE. Bring a mat and wear comfy clothing.
*Co-Regulation is a tool for calming and connecting the nervous system during times of distress. It is a process where two (or more) individuals can help each other regulate their emotions and more effectively manage stress.
