Transformative Transitions

Join Amanda White for a unique day to celebrate the New Year by expanding your knowledge of asanas, deep diving into pranayama, and exploring your daily habits in an effort to create new space for growth. We will begin this special day outside with a strong 90-minute vinyasa class breaking down key elements to help transform your transitions from pose to pose. We will meet for a brief group meet and greet followed by reflective journaling and a deep dive into how to take your practice to the next level.

Expect a day to soak up plenty of movement, learning, reflection, and relaxation all balanced and packaged together in an effort to make the transition into 2025 expanding and exhilarating. $250
