This experience is designed to help you release blockages, gain clarity, and connect with your inner self on a deeper level. What to bring:

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lay down on.

A blanket

A pillow (if you like)

Wear comfortable clothing

A water bottle

A blind fold (I do have some spares if you dont have one)

A journal if you would like to record your experience afterwards.

Please Arrive 10-15mins early to set up your space.

Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery without first speaking with a medical professional.

It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.
