Transformations In Motion is more than a walk. It’s a therapeutic experience designed to help you release emotional weight, reconnect with your body, and rise in the presence of sisterhood.

As women, we carry so much—responsibilities, expectations, grief, pressure, and unspoken burdens. This walk is an intentional space to put some of that down.

Through guided reflection, affirmations, and collective movement, you’ll experience the powerful connection between physical movement and emotional release. When the body moves, energy shifts. When energy shifts, healing begins.

What to expect:

• A guided therapeutic walking experience led by Licensed Therapist Patrice Arrington, LMFT

• Intentional prompts to help you release what you’ve been carrying

• Affirmations to help you reclaim your power and peace

• A supportive community of women walking in alignment, not isolation

• A gentle, accessible pace suitable for all fitness levels

This is not about distance. This is about intention.

This is about choosing yourself.

This is about moving forward—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Come as you are. Leave lighter.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and bring whatever you’re ready to release. Please wear your favorite shade of purple to highlight the strength of sisterhood.
