Transformational Sundays: Rise and Revive

Join us every Sunday from 4PM – 6PM for a full-spectrum day of restoration and renewal.
Each Transformational Sunday is a sacred blend of Qigong, breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive sound baths, woven together to help you release tension, reconnect to your body, and rise into alignment.

Between practices, enjoy a short hands-on workshop designed to give you the skills and confidence to bring these healing tools home — to share breathwork, grounding techniques, and simple sound rituals with friends, family, and loved ones.

Whether you’re returning to deepen your practice or arriving for the first time, every week offers new layers of awareness, balance, and connection.

The foundation of our workshops and events is built on Into the Shadow: A Journey Through Self, Healing & Integration — a transformational workbook written by our founder, Michael Ansley, RCSWI. The teachings within guide each practice of movement, mindfulness, and sound that we share throughout the day.
