Join me for a nourishing day of breathwork, and meditation at the wonderful @hidden.yurt St Erth, Hayle.
We will have the whole place to ourselves and they will be opening the cafe for hot drinks.
The day will start with;
- Transformational breathwork session
- lunch included and supplied by Sabzi
- exploring our core beliefs and changing them into ones that serve us better,
- a breathwork session to weave these new affirmations into our subconscious.
