This multi-level programme guides you from deep personal transformation all the way to becoming a confident, heart-centred professional facilitator.
Across three immersive residential modules: Essentials (Levels 1–3), Level 4a, and Level 4b
You’ll expand your breath, your awareness, your emotional freedom, and your capacity to support others in their healing.

The Training Pathway
Essentials Seminar (Levels 1–3)
Your foundation.
Five days of personal breath expansion, emotional integration, and deep inner work. No prerequisites.
Level 4a — Professional Facilitator Training
The step into mastery.
Learn how to facilitate one-to-one sessions, understand body mapping, and guide profound inner journeys with skill and safety. Prerequisite: Essentials.
Level 4b — Advanced Coaching & Integration
Embodiment and leadership.
Refine your facilitation, develop transformational coaching skills, and deepen your capacity to support clients through integration and full-life change. Prerequisite: Level 4a.
