� Transformational Breath Training �Training in Transformational Breath starts with six days of Level 1, 2, 3 teaching. You’ll delve into your unconscious with the help of your breath to release and integrate thoughts and behaviors that hinder access to your authentic self, while learning holistic tools to boost your vitality and energy.For me, six days of transformational breath training is therapy without talking. If you’ve been suffering from depression, your breath may be sluggish, leading to inadequate oxygen supply in your blood. By increasing the use of your diaphragm and lungs, you'll enhance the oxygen levels in your body, making you feel physically and emotionally healthier.You'll learn how to release stuck emotions in your body with body mapping, breath analysis, and throat breath techniques.
