🚫 This experience is NOT for anyone who:
-is pregnant
-has prior diagnosis with BPD or schizophrenia
-has cardiovascular disease
-has epilepsy
-detached retina or glaucoma
-has any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions which would impair or affect the ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release
What to Bring:
💧 Water: You will want to hydrate after the experience
👚 Comfortable Clothing: Opt for loose, comfortable attire to enhance the freedom of your breath (aka no tight pants lol)
🧘♂️ Yoga Mat: You will be laying down for the experience
🌬️ Blanket: Your temperature may fluctuate throughout the experience
😴 Eye Mask: To enhance the introspective experience
✨ Small pillow if you need it for your head
**It's best to eat a couple hours before hand and avoid eating anything heavy within one hour of attending. You'll be breathing deep and it can get uncomfortable if your stomach is too full***
