We’re bringing you 3-hour immersive ceremonies over the next four months to bring balance, healing and connection into your life. Come to one or come to all.Rebirth: An activation through cacao, breathwork and sound healing
Throughout these series we will guide you within the layers of your being, to resolve deep emotional wounds and traumas, release stress and anxiety and to reconnect to the truth of who you are! Healing requires you to go through the layers, to feel and express in order to release and step into a new version of you.
Jayson Spallina is a highly experienced and certified breath worker with a deep passion for helping people overcome trauma, unwind, destress and come home to themselves. He will begin with an introduction and intention setting, allowing us to connect deeply as a community. This is a safe space where you can speak freely and authentically, knowing that your vulnerability is held in utmost confidentiality and respect.
You will be guided through a transformational breathwork experience. Through this breathwork, you will explore altered states of consciousness, activate your nervous system, and move stagnant energy, promoting deep healing and relaxation. By the end of this workshop, you will have discovered the immense power of breath to transform your life. You will be invited to release what no longer serves you and create space for what does. You will feel grounded after the harmonic sound healing savasana.
To further enrich our journey, you will be led to open your heart and allow yourself to receive the powerful and healing plant medicine of Cacao. Cacao is a beautiful, gentle, heart healing medicine that can help bring clarity where we are feeling unclear, focus where we are feeling scattered and release where we are stagnated and stuck. We will drop down from the head into the heart where we can navigate with feeling instead of thought. Cacao is the seed from the Theobroma cacao tree and it’s also what chocolate is made from. It is known for its physical and energetic heart opening properties.
This is an invitation to embrace the totality of what it means to be human, express the full range of emotions that may arise and connect with yourself on new levels.
