This practice is designed to liberate your breath, enabling you to release what has been held inside and to embrace the richness of life once again. Over time, this nurturing journey gently rewires your nervous system, empowering you to engage with life in a more profound way. It is a potent avenue for healing, particularly for those navigating past traumas or daily anxieties.
