TRANSFORMATION WEEKEND 2026

I know you're ready.

At transformation weekend, you are going to immerse yourself in possibility.

You are going to build on the dreams and goals you've been working on, and if you've had a few stagnant seasons, you'll begin to dream again. You are going to find the version of yourself that is fearless, strong, capable and unstoppable. You are going to reconnect with your purpose, and your goals and you are going to take action on those dreams before the weekend is over, setting in motion a new level of joy, focus, presence and vitality.

Format: This is an IN-PERSON immersive experience in Hawaii. The entire weekend is designed as a progression to get you from where you have been stuck to where you want to go. You don't want to miss a moment. In the past, when participants ducked out for a bit, they missed a critical part of the growth process and wish they had fully committed. It's imperative to immerse yourself each day if you are looking for the true Transformation Weekend experience.

While the days will be long, they will be enjoyable. We will use both the inside and the outside of the resort, so dress in comfortable clothing and bring sneakers/runners/trainers, sunhats, sunblock and more. This is the only conference we know of where the keynote speaker (Erin Skye Kelly) wears sweatpants. You'll be glad you did, too. It will be important to dress in layers, and be comfortable.

January 1 to January 3

We highly recommend arriving at least a day early so you can settle into the hotel and get rest before the transformation begins. We also encourage you to stay Saturday night and travel home Sunday (or even a few days later) if your life allows. That way, you have time to rest and relax and integrate what you've learned over the 3 days before heading back to life, obligations, family.

What You Need: Bring your favorite pen and a refillable water bottle. Dress very comfortably and in layers. We'll send you a packing list as the event approaches. Any additional items required for the weekend will be provided.
Communication: We will send you regular emails between now and the weekend so you feel fully prepared!
