Each session is dedicated to exploring crucial areas of our lives, such as healing trauma, coping with loss, embracing gratitude, and balancing roles as partners, mothers, cooks, and cleaners. Our mission is to grow together, support one another, and transform into our best selves. We will be diving into the deep end for a day that will immerse you in a journey to untangle your fears and come home to your heart.

This month's theme is about letting go of the past and looking forward. We will discuss letting go of hurt, friendships / relationships, toxic and negative energies and traumatic events.
