The LSU AgCenter is hosting a free, fun class for adults on Thursday, January 22 at 5:30 PM at the Ouachita LSU AgCenter Extension Office (704 Cypress Street in West Monroe). This will be part of our monthly Transformation Thursday series where we share cooking skills, wellness tips, and fun. I hope you will join Nutrition and Community Health Agent, Cathy Agan, as we explore some easy kitchen hacks, make omelets in a waffle maker, learn some knife skills, and get moving with some cardio drumming (optional for those who want to participate in the exercise at the end of the class). The class is free, but you do need to sign up by January 20 so she can prepare enough supplies for everyone. You can register by scanning the QR code on the flyer or using the link below.
