As experienced practitioners, we've learned to read our clients' nervous systems and hold space for their inner worlds but how well do we understand and how often do we check-in with our own practitioner landscape?

Join Angela for a gentle, embodied exploration of your inner world as a wellbeing practitioner, using The BodyWise Journey framework to make sense of professional patterns, survival responses, and what your practitioner nervous system truly needs.

Through a couple of simple, short somatic compassionate self-inquiry practices, we'll begin to explore where you are in your journey and how to serve from presence rather than patterns. You will be provided with a reflective worksheet to take away to support your on-going exploration.

Guest speaker - Angela Green

Angela is a BodyWise Facilitator who supports individuals and practitioners in making sense of their body’s responses and lived experience, offering structure and gentle guidance towards clarity and integration.

She is the creator of The BodyWise Journey, an upward spiral model of understanding, embodied processing, and integration, designed to support greater awareness, steadiness, and choice. This model is informed by neuroscience, professional experience, and her own lived experience of healing from complex trauma.

As a somatic therapist, mindfulness teacher, coach, and facilitator, she brings these approaches together to create compassionate, trauma-informed spaces for gradual body, mind, and emotional awareness and processing.

Outside of her work, Angela enjoys time in nature, creative practices, reading, wild swimming, and connecting with friends.

Event Host - Relationship Coach & Self Discovery Mentor, Erica Marmai

Erica specialises in helping health-focused, growth-oriented individuals deepen their connection to themselves and cultivate a life filled with aliveness, meaning, and freedom—both personally and in their relationships.

Growing up as the daughter of divorced parents, Erica experienced a chaotic upbringing, which led to deep suffering and the development of coping mechanisms that kept her stuck in depression and anxiety. However, through her own healing journey, she discovered how to transform pain into opportunities for growth and resilience.

She now firmly believes that the mental health crisis is a relational crisis at its core. Her mission is dedicated to breaking unhealthy generational cycles and guiding clients toward secure and fulfilling relationships.

Having done the deep work of exploring her own shadow and unresolved relational wounds, Erica now helps others navigate their inner world, dissolve emotional turmoil, and build the confidence to create healthy, thriving relationships—including the one they have with themselves.

Her clients, committed to personal growth and transformation, shift from burnout and over-functioning to a state of stability, self-assurance, and vitality, allowing them to embrace life with greater ease and authenticity.
