With over 24 years of experience working with children and families—and the past decade dedicated to mindfulness and mindset work—Lena has recently integrated powerful energy alignment tools developed through years of training and personal growth. She now brings this expanded and holistic support to both individuals and families.

Erica specialises in helping health-focused, growth-oriented individuals deepen their connection to themselves and cultivate a life filled with aliveness, meaning, and freedom—both personally and in their relationships.

Growing up as the daughter of divorced parents, Erica experienced a chaotic upbringing, which led to deep suffering and the development of coping mechanisms that kept her stuck in depression and anxiety. However, through her own healing journey, she discovered how to transform pain into opportunities for growth and resilience.

She now firmly believes that the mental health crisis is a relational crisis at its core. Her mission is dedicated to breaking unhealthy generational cycles and guiding clients toward secure and fulfilling relationships.

Having done the deep work of exploring her own shadow and unresolved relational wounds, Erica now helps others navigate their inner world, dissolve emotional turmoil, and build the confidence to create healthy, thriving relationships—including the one they have with themselves.

Her clients, committed to personal growth and transformation, shift from burnout and over-functioning to a state of stability, self-assurance, and vitality, allowing them to embrace life with greater ease and authenticity.
