She is a Hatha and kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, an intuitive healer, and a certified master in Usui and Kundalini Reiki, along with other advanced reiki techniques. With a passion for adventure, Sam strives to live to the fullest potential that life has to offer. Over the years, Sam has been challenged with health issues of his own, leading him down the path of all things health and wellness. As the journey went on, he began to realize that health wasn’t as simple as he once thought and that the body needs help not only in the physical but also in the emotional and energetic realms.
