Now that all the P7 students know what school they will be going too in September some may be feeling a little worried or nervous about making the transition. Over the past 6 years this course has helped hundreds of children make this sometimes daunting move with ease and confidence.
It provides your child with 90 minutes of beneficial self regulation calming tools such as diaphragmatic breathing, EFT (Tapping), positive affirmations and visualisations, mindfulness and reframing negative thoughts.
The session lasts 90 mins and costs £30 to be paid via bank transfer at the time of booking. To book in PM me on my Facebook page or call me on 07788 956562 or email [email protected]. Your child will also be given lots of handouts and resources to take home to practice their newly learned relaxation skills, which will last them through year 8 and beyond. Max 8 participants. If your child struggles in a group setting 1-2-1 sessions can also be arranged.
