A Workshop with Alyssa Sullivan of Synergy Yoga & Wellness
Take a journey through an asana practice designed to support you in shedding your stress, releasing your resistance, softening your edges, letting go of your judgments and dissolving your fears.
The intimacy, connection and resonance that is possible for us when we open our hearts to compassion, tenderness, kindness and what Tara Brach calls "radical acceptance" not only enriches the quality of our lives, it actually is the most powerful impact to our health and well being.
This workshop includes a 60 min asana practice followed by a discussion on the fine art of communication and grace of loving generously.
