This 2.5-hour workshop blends ancient yogic philosophy with self-inquiry, offering body, mind, and spirit practices designed to help you access intuition, inner strength, and freedom. Through thoughtful movement, reflection, and community connection, you'll explore your capacity to meet fear with grace and navigate the unexpected with resilience.

Together we will:

• Practice meditation, prenatal asana, mantra, and mudra
• Reflect on ancient teachings through storytelling, the Yoga Sutra, and group discussion
• Explore your inner landscape with visualization, art, and journaling
• Enjoy a nourishing break with fruit, protein-rich snacks, and pregnancy-supportive tea

Who is this for?This workshop is open to anyone expecting a child in the near future who wishes to feel more centered, confident, and connected on their journey.

Your Guide:Alicia Montgomery is Informed by attendance as a birth doula of over 100 births, years of teaching experience in childbirth ed, a former birthing from within mentor, and the art of yoga therapy. Her most fundamental belief is that we hold all the power we need to experience with clarity and contentment, in the connection of our breath, our bodies and our minds.
