•How to weave mantra into your daily life for peace, clarity, and presence
From there, we'll move into practice - chanting a chosen mantra together 108 times. As the rhythm builds, you'll feel the vibration of sound ripple through your body, settling the mind, and opening your heart. We'll close with reflection and conversation, giving space for insights, emotions, and connection to unfold.
