Join Ashley for a journey into the blissful state of Yoga Nidra, where you can release into relaxation and awaken to your true essence.
Begin with a yin sequence to stretch your body and ease the nervous system, followed by a yoga nidra practice to relax deeply into a state of mind between wakefulness and
dreaming.
This is a four week offering, join us for one, some or all of the classes in this 4 week series.

Ashley is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Nidra Teacher with experience in guiding individuals towards
deep relaxation and self awareness. After discovering the transformative power of Yoga Nidra she became dedicated to sharing this ancient technique with others.
Her classes emphasize creating a safe and nurturing space for students to explore the depths of their consciousness, promoting profound relaxation, stress relief and personal growth.
