We gather to move and dance in community at the beautiful Studio Eleven, Main street, Boyle.
Arrivals from 11.15am, workshop begins at 11.30am.
Movement and dance for all from 18 years to 108 years, accompanied by beautiful world music this is a guided journey via movement and dance to be fully present and open to the possibilities available to us in life
No dance experience needed, no steps to learn, just a willingness to move your body with occasional guidance.
