💃🏻 This is a weekly ecstatic dance for any one looking to unwind, unfurl,

and express themselves in a safe space.

🏵️ what is ecstatic dance ?

a global movement of deeply intentional spaces for dance, play, and

authentic self - expression.

🏵️ how does it work ?

🔸 we start with a guided warm - up

to help us feel open and

connected in our selves.

🔸 transitioning into a curated playlist of music, going from gentle & slow sounds, into more intense beats, and back into softness,

ending with a sound bath.

🔸 this is a safe and open space for you to dance, play, meditate, stretch,

sit at the altar, and do whatever calls to your authentic self in the moment.

GROUND RULES

🔅 this is a SOBER event. we ask that you come as clear and substance - free as possible, in order to maintain the

integrity of the space.

🔅 we encourage barefoot dancing !

there are cubbies to put your shoes in when you walk in the studio.

and wear comfortable clothing !

🔅 CONSENT. while this is a social event,

it is also a safe space for people to connect with themselves. you must have clear consent before dancing

with any one.

🔅 come ready to be !

it can be scary to let yourself be open & vulnerable in this way, but it gets easier with practice. this is a space for us all to practice the art of authentic expression, together.
