- Gender recognition reform: Where to go next (12:30-13:15): Gender recoginition reform has been hotly contested since the Supreme Court ruling. We have a panel of experts exploring where reform can go next. Come and join us and ask questions on the future of gender recognition campaigning and what we as a community can do next. We will be joined by Sandra Duffy, Trans Pride Bristol’s Education Lead and University of Bristol law lecturer, Jess O'Thomson from the Good Law Project and Green Party councillor Jenny Bartle.
- Informed consent and how to get there: Trans healthcare (13:30-14:15): Trans healthcare isn't working for trans people. You know this, we know this. but what do we do about it? Activists and campaigners are calling an Informed Consent Model in the NHS. But how do we achieve this? Come and join us for this discussion on informed consent within trans healthcare. We will be joined by Jamie Jewkes, President of the Trans Society at the University of Bristol and an NHS worker, Hafren, Co-Chair of Trans Pride Bristol and Maryam Din from TransActual.
- Craftivist time with Zie (14:30-15:15): Come and join Zie to make a patch, badge or print! This chilled out craftivism time is all about making art on any important causes to you, and how crafting can be a form of taking action. Crafts will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
- What do trans futures in Bristol look like? (15:30-16:15): Hafren, Co-Chair of Trans Pride Bristol, will be leading a discussion which consider what trans futures look like in Bristol! Come and pull up a chair, with an open mind and imagination, to begin plotting what our liberation can and should look like.
