Tranquility Tours are small-group tours designed to create a safe, calm space to appreciate and connect art and with each other. Our time together will include guided relaxation, meditation, or chair yoga as well as slow looking at two pieces in our galleries. It may also include collective interpretation, writing exercises, or partner conversations. Our intention is to carve out a space for slowing down, centering ourselves, and sharing perspectives. Tranquility Tours will be led by trained docents and offered monthly on Tuesdays at 5:30 and Wednesdays at 2.In order to ensure an optimal experience, capacity is limited to 12 participants. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check in at the front desk to secure your spot.
