What to expect; Join Linda Luke of Anahata yoga starting September 12th as we begin a 4 week series of Restorative Yoga. This class is designed with gentle floor based sequencing using bolsters, blankets and props to support your body to fully relax. A resting and relaxing opportunity to release your muscles and witness your body at ease. Adjustments will be given throughout to help you deepen into the different restorative postures.(only if you want 😉).
Suitable for all levels of yoga.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
*First and foremost wear super comfy clothes. Maybe even dress in layers or bring an extra sweater/sweatshirt.
*A pillow and a blanket (bring a large enough blanket and a standard size pillow and I can teach you how to make your own bolster if you like) 😊😊😊. I do have some available large bolsters.
*An eye pillow if you have one. They also sell eye pillows at the shop😊
*Water. Hot tea will be available before and after class.
