Desiree is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, completing her training in May 2019. She specializes in Power Yoga, Hot Fusion Yoga, Slow Flow, and Gentle Yoga, offering classes that balance strength, mindfulness, and restoration.Desiree looks forward to sharing her love of yoga with you!
