Join Jo from Tula Yoga for this Tranquil Tuesday yoga series for midlife, menopause and beyond. Menopause Yoga is an inclusive and accessible form of yoga designed to empower women through the menopause and into the post menopause years. Each session will include gentle yoga movement, breathing techniques and relaxation to support a positive approach to this transition – whichever stage of the journey you’re at. Jo’s classes offer a supporting space for women to come together and connect. No previous experience is needed, no need to prebook.
Just bring along a mat, a bottle of water and comfy clothes that you’re able to move freely in.
