Tranquil TuesdayPauze Pilates
Join us for an evening of Pilates where we will take a moment out of our busy lives and Pauze in the Palm House. Our classes are suitable for everyone and anyone who wants to move their body and be guided through mindfulness in this tranquil space.
Please wear gym clothes and bring a yoga mat.
These sessions are run on donate what you can afford. If you are able to donate towards covering the costs of the sessions then it enables the Palm House to continue hosting then. Suggested donation is £5.
