Honouring woman in the flow of life’s transitions: peri, menopause and beyond. Tranquil Transition is a sacred pause inviting you to slow down and reconnect not only with yourself but other women in this chapter of life.
This half day workshop merges ancient wisdom and sound healing practices. Denise will guide a Sound of Being journey using a fusion of sacred instruments from around the world including crystal quartz singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, medicine drum, Native American flute and others, as you explore this ancient healing tool.
Sound healing works on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, combined with breath work and meditation, it will be a powerful way to clear your mind, feel a sense of calm and raise your vibrations.
We will also welcome Pamela who brings with her a sacred lineage of women’s wisdom. Through the ancient practices of gentle movement and inner connection, she guides and inspires women to feel grounded, confident and in harmony as they step into their wise woman phase.
A shared lunch will be provided. It’s a celebration of nourishment, designed not only to delight the palate but also to provide the nutritional support we need during this transformative time. This shared meal reminds us of the importance of community and self-care, helping us to embrace this stage of life with positivity and resilience.
Sound healing is for everyone and you don't need any experience, simply show up and allow the soothing sounds to support healing and deep relaxation.
