Relax and rejuvenate in our heated pool as you float in the dimmed setting at dusk, letting stress drift away during a soothing sound bath led by the talented Ginger Hunt.
Ginger's dedication to mental well-being shines through her passion for sound bath therapy, helping you uncover inner peace through calming relaxation techniques.
Floats are provided, wear comfortable clothes for a warm environment. Water entry is optional.
Join us on this journey to tranquility on Mondays and Thursdays at (summer schedule) 6:45-7:15 pm. Free for members.
