As an athlete with a degree in physiology, Elliott applied his hard-earned climbing skills and science-minded approach to push his limits in the new disciplines of ultra running and skimo racing.
Now, he brings those lessons to our community, sharing key principles for designing your own training, along with insights from his experience on preparing for events and choosing the right gear.
