Milestones is a therapeutic horsemanship program that presents opportunities for individuals with challenges to enhance their quality of life. We assist each rider to become an innovative and productive member of the community by building independence, self-confidence, and social skills in a safe, fun, and loving environment. Our program includes two distinctive groups: Therapeutic Horseback Riding for individuals with challenges, and Silver Saddles for individuals age 50+. The Therapeutic Horseback Riding program teaches horsemanship skills and basic grooming to individuals with diagnoses such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injury, Spina Bifida, and Down syndrome. Learn more about our Therapeutic Horseback Riding program. The Silver Saddles program provides a fun way for the over-50 crowd to socialize, stay fit, and learn new skills.
