In this interactive two-day training, youth-serving adults will learn how to deliver our nationally unique Reducing Sexism & Violence Program (RSVP) with youth in their communities. Learn more and register at: maineboystomen.org/training-institute.
Our Training Institute consists of two days of interactive learning. We cover six topic areas:
Building Support & Safety - "Why boys?"
Gender Stereotypes
Empathy & Consent
Beyond the Binary & Narrow Masculinity
Upstander Intervention
Facilitation & Storytelling Techniques
At the end of the second day, participants are equipped to deliver RSVP® to youth in their own schools, after school programs, sports teams, or other youth oriented setting. Continuing Education Credits apply for Maine educators.
