This class is designed to help you fix limitations around your hips, shoulders, and spine – You'll take ownership of your body and break through the barriers that hold you back from reaching your peak potential.
Aisha teaches a unique bodyweight system that brings you through every plane of motion, opening up your joints, building muscle, and enhancing overall body control – all while having a blast!
