How is the training provided?

• The first step is a one hour online module (available through your mandatory training section of Workday)

• The second step is attending a one-time, four hour in person training session.

• There will also be an annual online refresher session.

About the 4 hour in person session:

Training sessions are 4 hours long. The training will be interactive so be prepared to participate! In order to fully participate and absorb the content we ask that you try to refrain from using any technology devices during the training session.
