Gentlemen, Join us on Saturday September 21, 2024 as independent trainers from across the city work together towards one major cause. To raise $25,000.00 for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
This is a time where clients can get payback on their trainer or coach. For a minimum donation of $25.00 the client gets to train a coach for 5 minutes.
Clients are welcome to bring in food, props, costumes etc. to make this a more fun event.
Let’s Get Creative: If it is safe and manageable for everyone involved, your 5-minute workout can range from asking your trainer to eat a Big Mac, then do 100 burpees, OR asking them to belt out 100 burpees while eating a Big Mac dressed in a tutu.
Safety of the trainer is of the highest priority and there will be a right of refusal given to the trainer if the exercise is deemed unsafe.
Our team is working on an event format that is very similar to the Netflix show Physical 100.
Clients can purchase as many blocks of time as they wish. Clients can also purchase rest time for their trainer or coach of their choice.
