It’s about learning a simple, repeatable method for onboarding and training, and actually building it with support while you’re here.
This workshop is designed for pet business owners and managers. Whether you’re the one building the systems or the one responsible for training the team day to day, you’re welcome here.

4:00 PM – Debrief + Coaching
4:30 PM – Growth Plan + Next Steps
5:00 PM – Wrap + Celebration (optional dinner)
You don’t need video editing skills, fancy software, or on-camera confidence. You’ll record your first training videos, map out your systems, and leave with tools you can actually use.
