Train-the-Trainer: Facilitation Skills

Based on various Trainer Certification modules, this workshop aims to provide the essential skills for trainers in facilitating modules, managing the classroom, and an overview on creating modules.
Objectives

• Identify different learning theories
• Identify different learner styles and how to apply this in the classroom and enhance learning activities
• Apply aspects of facilitation by presenting
• Apply skills in managing a classroom (e.g. minimizing distractions, maximizing learning, etc.)
• Enumerate the qualities of an effective presentation

TIME

All schedules are set at 8AM-5PM. However, if the headcount is low, the training may be set at 9AM-4PM or 9AM-5PM. Your certificate, still, will indicate 8 hours.The start time and end time will be finalized three days before the class. Please look for an email from us or chat with us to confirm.
