Join an evening train excursion from Singleton to Muswellbrook and back to view the exhibitions at the Muswellbrook Regional Arts Centre.LiddellWORKS is the highlight of this exhibition, featuring works by sixteen artists who visited the Liddell Power Station two months before its closure in 2023. The artists explored, collected, and created new artwork to mark this historic event.
LiddellWORKS is the resulting exhibition, spread across two galleries - Muswellbrook Regional Arts Centre and Singleton Arts + Cultural Centre. There are also two concurrent exhibitions.
Exhibition entry is free - you need only an Opal card for the train. Children and families are welcome! See https://artgallery.muswellbrook.nsw.gov.au/
The train departs Singleton 5.34 pm on Thursday 4 July 2024 arriving at Muswellbrook Station at 6.04 pm. There is a short walk from Muswellbrook Station to the gallery. The return train departs Muswellbrook 7.24 pm arriving Singleton 7.55 pm. The train leaves earlier from Hamilton, Maitland, and other Hunter Line stations.
