6:00 am Bus arrives to pick up group at Concord Mills-Bus Parking Area (TBD)

6:30 am Bus Depart Concord Mills

8:30 am Bus arrives to pick up Durham Group-at Target-8210 Renaissance Pkwy, Durham, NC

9:00 am Depart from Durham-Target location

REST STOPS along the way (food, bathroom)

Arrive to Hotel for Check-In by 3PM-The Westin Hotel, Arlington, VA

Saturday-09/20/2025- Day In Washington, DC

10:00 am-Bus leaves for National African American Museum and Culture, 1400 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.

(There is a Eatery in the museum)

1:30pm-Meet Back at the Bus-Designated Location

2:00 Bus Depart.

2:30-5:00PM Frederick Douglas National Historic Site-Cedar Hill (Guided Tour)

SightSee (WhiteHouse, Capital Hill, Monuments) DC

Arrive back at Hotel by 8/9PM

Sunday-09/21/2025-1/2 Day in Washington, DC /RETURN HOME

Between 8-9 am -Hotel Breakfast

10:30 am Check out of Hotel

11:00 am Arrive to Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial-1964 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC.

1:00 PM Meet at Bus designated location

1:30 PM Depart Back to North Carolina.

REST STOPS (Bathroom, Food)

6:30 PM Arrive in Durham-Target location

6:45 PM Depart-Durham

9:00 PM Arrive at Concord Mills Location

9:15 PM Bus Departs.

All passengers must have a paid seat.

Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. There are no assigned seats on the bus. Please arrive early to help ensure that your party can sit together.

If you miss the bus on the scheduled departure times, you will be responsible for arranging and financing your own transportation. Reminder: Absolutely no weapons, no smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed on the bus.

**Due to strict contract obligations with our Vendors, we have a strict NO REFUND policy. All deposits and payments are non-refundable for anything short of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.

**Terms and Conditions for Booking with DJNANGEL, LLC-Adventurous Dreams Travel

By booking a service with DJNANGEL, LLC-Adventurous Dreams Travel, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 🔒 Refund Policy

Please Note: All payments are non-refundable.
Due to contractual agreements with our travel partners, DJNANGEL, LLC dba Adventurous Dreams Travel operates under a strict No Refund Policy. This applies to both deposits and final payments.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a trip cancellation initiated by the event organizer due to a natural disaster or extreme circumstance beyond our control.

We strongly encourage all guests to review trip details thoroughly before booking. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment.

Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Weather-related travel delays or cancellations
• Traffic or transportation disruptions
• Mechanical failures or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, bus companies, airlines)
• Personal emergencies, illnesses, or changes in your travel plans
• Any unforeseen events outside the control of Adventurous Dreams Travel

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. **Responsibility for Third-Party Services**

Adventurous Dreams Travel acts as an intermediary to book and arrange travel services. DJNANGEL, LLC dba Adventurous Dreams Travel cannot be held responsible for delays, or liabilities arising from delays, as a result of acts of God, traffic and/or road conditions, highway construction, mechanical failure, detours, direction of highway enforcement personnel, dissatisfaction or any other condition beyond the direct control of DJNANGEL, LLC dba Adventurous Dreams Travel, caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, bus companies, tour operators, etc.). In case of any service disruption or complaint related to third-party services, the Client agrees to address the issue directly with the provider, and Adventurous Dreams Travel will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences.

3. **Booking Modifications**

Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by third-party suppliers. The Client acknowledges that Adventurous Dreams Travel cannot guarantee availability of any modifications or changes once the booking has been confirmed.

4. **Force Majeure**

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters), Adventurous Dreams Travel will not be held liable for any failure to provide services or for any disruptions to the Client’s travel plans.

5. **Travel Insurance**

Adventurous Dreams Travel highly recommends that Clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, interruptions, and other potential disruptions during travel. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate coverage.
