Step outside the studio and into the landscape with your guide Lauren Morse. Trailblazers begins with a guided group hike through Glen Helen where steady forward movement, changing terrain, and fresh perspective invite us into the active, outward expression of practice. We’ll then return to the studio to shift polarity, settling into a restorative yoga practice designed to hydrate tissues, regulate the nervous system, and integrate the experience of the trail. Effort meets ease, motion meets stillness, and the body learns balance through contrast. A seasonal practice of exploring both directions: outward into nature and inward toward restoration.
